Victor Paini is a 20+ year resident of the City of Canal Winchester having served on both the Canal Winchester Village Council for 4 years and as a Madison Township Trustee for 8 years. A graduate of Pickerington High School and Ohio University (B.S.C. in Communications Systems Management as well as Organizational Communications), Victor is a lifelong resident of Central, Ohio and has spent his adult live giving back to the communities he loves. Victor serves on the boards of the BrockStrong Foundation, the Motts Military Museum, the Center Ice Foundation, Miracles & Magic (benefitting A Kid Again) and he is the Founder & president of the Canal Winchester Youth Lacrosse Association. In 2012, Victor was honored as a recipient of the “40 Under Forty” award and in 2015 was honored as “20 People to Know in Technology” by Columbus Business First. Victor's career spans 2 decades as a technology executive, most recently as Associate Vice President of Global Network Engineering for Ascena Retail Group. He and his wife, Tiffani, live in Canal Winchester with their two children, Wesley (12) and Julia (10) and are active members of Sycamore Creek Church.

Joe has been instrumental in the growth and development of Canal Winchester Lacrosse since joining the CWJRD 5th/6th coaching staff 2016. In 2019 Joe was an assistant coach for the boy's Middle School team and headed up the K-2 and 3rd/4th teams. In addition to his Level 2 US Lacrosse Coaching certification he is also a Level 3 USA Hockey coach and brings 7+ years of youth coaching to the field.
Joe currently serves as the CWLA's Vice President and has secured over $12,000 worth of grants to provide equipment and uniforms for our communities lacrosse program. His son Aidan is currently a goalie for the boy's Middle School team.

It's been an exciting experience watching the growth of lacrosse in Canal Winchester and my son's personal journey in the sport. Kevin’s commitment to the growth of Lacrosse in Canal Winchester began in the spring of 2016. Kevin, a US Lacrosse Level 2 certified coach, coached the 5t/6t grade team in 2016 and 2017 and then moved to coaching the Middle School team in 2018 and 2019 with plans to continue coaching. Kevin is a former licensed OHSAA Lacrosse Official and an original board member of the Canal Winchester Lacrosse Association when formed in 2017. Kevin currently holds the position of Treasurer on the board. “Lacrosse is a dynamic sport and offers tons of opportunity for our kids in the community. To be a member of the CWLA, Coach of the MS team and a father of a HS player, this sport has already given me a bunch of great memories.” -Kevin |

Jessica has been a part of the Sports Programs within Canal Winchester for over 10 years. Her husband has served within the Rec Program, first as a volunteer, then as a coach. Jessica herself has served as Booster President for the Canal Winchester High School boys Soccer program for the last 2 years and will serve again in the 20-21 season as the booster president. Jessica has held multiple positions on other boards and has actively been involved in Canal Winchester sports programs for the last 10 years. Two of Jessica’s children are active within multiple sports. Matthew is a player on the Middle School Lacrosse team and has participated since the first session of the Lacrosse program. Jessica is a Vice President with a Local Bank within the Columbus area and is currently working within the Commercial area of the bank. She has been with the bank for 14 years. "I am excited to be a part of the Lacrosse program and am looking forward to bringing the knowledge I have regarding other booster programs and fundraising to the Lacrosse program. Matthew loves lacrosse and I’m excited to be able to support a sport he enjoys playing.” |

Brian joined Canal Winchester Lacrosse as a 3rd/4th coach and continued as a 5th/6th coach. He a Level 1 US Lacrosse Certification and has coached youth lacrosse or soccer for 5 years. His competitive spirit and instruction come from an amateur auto racing background. He has 7 National Championships and was awarded SCCA “Driver of the Year” along his run. Brian transitioned to teaching amateur racing nationally for 5 years and was a core member in establishing what is now the Evolution Driving School. Brian’s 20 year professional career has consisted of numerous Supply Chain Management positions. His current role is a Senior Director of Operations for a Columbus based 3rd Party Logistics provider. Brian has a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio State and a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Wright State University. “Lacrosse has impressed me with the greater community to enhance and grow the support. The focus is on the big picture and the participants (the kids!). You see it in multiple ways as you participate and even how invested local high school and collegiate coaches are in assisting the youth programs in Columbus.” |
